Before you start

Do I need an account to try it?

No. Build your area and test addresses without an account or payment card. You create your account when you publish.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel through the billing portal in your account. Once subscription access ends, you cannot publish a new checker or save changes to a service area. Canceling does not delete an existing public map or remove its embed. Delete the map if you want to remove it.

Can I change the boundary and messages?

Yes. You can adjust the boundary and set different messages for customers inside and outside your area. Test both results before you publish.

Is this a driving-distance check?

No. The checker tests whether an address is inside your boundary. A radius measures straight-line distance. It does not calculate driving time or confirm that a road reaches an address.

Can I use it on any website?

Your website must support iframe embeds. Some website plans and editor permissions restrict custom code. Check the platform instructions above or contact us before publishing.

What if I only need to display a map?

You can embed a custom map without an address checker. You can also draw a coverage circle.
