Withdraw from an online purchase

Use this function to tell us that you want to exercise an applicable statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. It is separate from canceling future subscription renewals in the Stripe billing portal.

Submitting the form records when we received your request and sends a confirmation to your email. It does not guarantee that a withdrawal right applies or that a refund is due; those depend on the purchase, timing, checkout disclosures, and mandatory law.
